John L. Coble Elementary School endeavors to keep tuition at a rate affordable for parents. The registration and tuition fees required for attendance reflects only a portion of the total cost of providing a Christian education. The members of the Calhoun Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Georgia-Cumberland Academy Church play a key role in keeping the cost of private Christian education affordable through their regular return of tithes and offerings that support our educational institution.

Financial Aid & Assistance
Because of the generosity of our church partners, we provide financial aid for families in need.
Tuition Payments
All tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and late after the 10th. Payments for tuition should be submitted online via the (FACTS) online payment portal.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee covers textbooks and workbooks, student insurance, library book fees, standardized testing, report cards, PE expense, yearbook, Coble Connection and more. Registration fees are due July 1st prior to every school year. Registration fees are non-refundable and can not be prorated.
Uniform Estimates
New uniforms can range in prices, depending on the store. Uniforms shirts and pants can be purchased from Land’s End, Old Navy, Children’s Place, Target and more. The logo may be added from Lynn’s Uniform Shop in Rome. For families purchasing all new uniforms through Land´s End, they can expect to spend the following (other stores may be less expensive):
PreK-4th Grade – $1021
5-8th Grade – $1270
Parents are welcome to come and visit our used uniforms collection for any items that may fit your child. Donations are always welcome.
