Making an Adventist Education at Coble Possible
Coble Elementary School recognizes that affording an Adventist Christian requires significant financial commitment. Both the Calhoun Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Georgia Cumberland Academy Church are dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education for families that desire to share these values with their children. All three entities allocate institutional funds and donor contributions in an effort to assist families with demonstrated financial need. Financial assistance is considered for those families whose children meet the criteria for admission, and have demonstrated need.
Apply for Financial Assistance
Follow these simple steps to apply for aid:
- Use the link below to create a new account in the FACTS Grant & Aid Portal, this account is separate from your FACTS Tuition account and requires a separate log in.
- Complete application and upload supporting documents. -In order to be considered for financial aid, families must submit a completed financial aid application along with all required supporting documentation by the posted deadline. Supporting documentation includes wage and employment verification, tax returns, and W-2 forms for all parents or guardians who claim the student(s) as dependents. Incomplete applications cannot be reviewed. All information submitted is kept confidential and is reviewed solely by the school’s financial aid and finance committees.

How is assistance funded?
Local churches designate special funds for families in need.
When should we apply?
Returning families should apply by March 1.
New families should apply by April 1.
How are awards given?
Each application is reviewed by a scholarship committee. Demonstrated need, church membership, giving, and community participation are taken in consideration.
Who is eligible?
All families are welcome to apply, although special consideration is given families that fall below 250% of the poverty guidelines or have other extenuating circumstances that justify assistance.
Do we apply every year?
Yes, all families must apply and show proof of income each year.
Are funds transferable?
No, funds are not transferable on withdrawal, even to other family members.
